In 8 weeks, you'll notice a difference in your strength and endurance, and understand technique to transfer your strength to the water. In this program, I'll teach you how to:
- Set goals and put them into action
- Implement a dryland strength training program
- Safely lift weights and use training tools out of the water
- Improve mobility and flexibility
- Exercises that are more advanced than Level 1, yet can modify for any ability
Strength & Conditioning Workouts
Self-paced and formatted into 10-20 minute follow-along videos. Sections include: mobility, core, stretch cords, and strength. You'll get a new set of workout videos each week to complete.
Goal Setting & Progress Tracking
Use my worksheets to help you set goals and weekly intentions, put goals into actions, and track progress week over week. Great for visually seeing how much progress you can make in just 8 weeks!
Exercise Tutorials
Even if you're new to strength training, you can be successful in this program. I have tutorial videos to help you learn proper form and alignment, setting up and using your stretch cords, and how to recover with foam rolling.

My athletic background started in the pool when I was 4 years old. I swam competitively until my mid-twenties, placing in multiple events at the national level for USMS and competing in USA Swimming events. I recently came out of “swim retirement” to train long distance and endurance swim races.
Nothing came easily for me in swimming, so I know what it's like put in the work. That also means it's so rewarding when it pays off!
I have lived all over the country, and called California home for 24 years. I currently reside in Burlington, Vermont with my dog, Sadie--who makes quite a few appearances in this program!
